Strategic Planning

We have led projects for DMOs, CVBs, sports commissions, cities, counties, states, and also several NGBs and event rights holder.  We utilize a proven 5-step process to develop a strategic sports organization game plan, and we work post-delivery to help our clients implement our recommendations.

Venue Feasibility Studies

Our team has led new venue feasibility studies, developed strategic plans for the enhancement of existing facilities, and we have conducted regional venue inventories.  In addition to measuring the ROI on new or enhanced facilities, our philosophy always includes the sports marketing, programming, and human capital side of the venue puzzle.

Speaking Engagements

We have led breakouts, board retreats, been panelists, served as keynote speakers, and have even moderated sessions on behalf of our clients.  No matter the format or duration of the program, our team can help deliver relevant and engaging content at your sports related sessions.

Sports Service

Best practice in hosting and producing sporting events is something our partners have asked for the most.  In 2018, we are launching a new book and accompanying training program to address this need.  The program, titled “Sports Service”, will be available in Summer of 2018.

We recognize that empowering sports organizations and non-profits is key to strengthening communities.

Drawing on our collective leadership and experience, we give organizations and non-profits the ability to collaborate effectively, both internally and externally. We believe this creates a dynamic that results in a “win-win” for both organizations and communities.
